Payment of fees
Full payment of fees must be made before the start of term.
No compensation for fees is given for public holidays.
Fees cannot be transferred to other student.
Payment of fees can be made with Cash or Bank Deposit.
Withdrawal, Cancellation, Absence and Refund
If you wish to withdraw from the subject:
- Prior to the start of term, full refund will be provided
- After start of term, partial refund will be provided
If your child is absent for a lesson, exercise material and support will be provided to the child, and no refund for the missed lesson.
If there is circumstance that we cancel a lesson, you will be entitled to full credit of the cancelled lesson, and your fees of the cancelled lesson will be transferred to cover the fees of a future lesson.
